Whoa - One cup of coffee, I think this is a crossroads.
I drink, well lets say, more coffee than that. I think this week I will cut back, and treat this as a goal or objective.
Other than that things are good. Happy to see the carbs decline late in the day and am mystified by the egg whites, but the left over yokes make an interesting component of the next protein.
I am looking forward to the week. I am feeling a little less scattered and more prepared.
My % body fat did drop today, maybe I will get a second one before next Sunday.
Things are good - My wife has certainly noticed and she has started to take some positive action herself. Awesome.

Yeah, I couldn't stick to the one cup today. It just wasn't possible. Tomorrow I have a plan. A plan!
