Day 9 in New York

I got to New York had a great day and stuck to my diet well.

I was a little short on what I was supposedd to eat. I missed a fruit and some milk. But I kept the big picture in mind.

I totally missed the workout. But I did swim a little and took a whirlpool and steam. It was great - I hope it helped my shoulder and elbow.

I am going to keep focusing on diet while I am on the road.

I really miss salt

  1. My recommended substitute for salt: "Italian seasoning" -- the jar I have seems to basil, thyme, oregano, and pepper. Simple, effective, saltless.
