week Two (days 8 - 14)

Day 8

I like the diet
I miss salt
I like the new raw oat bread I got
I miss salt
My shoulder is killing me
I can totaly kick ass jumping rope compared to a week ago
I do full sets of 100 BANG
Having fun with variety push ups (brick, regular, iron gym - I think I like the bricks best
I am dong the sit ups like Patrick's picture - I do not take my elbows to my knees
I take too long between sets
I am picturing myself as the body I always wanted - this is a breakthrough moment

totally behind at work - flying to NYC for the week tomorrow

WHEW - a rich and full life
