Week Two (days 8 - 14)

Day Eight

OK - I like the diet, but this is more than I have been eating. I am going to just be willing for this week to follow with zeal and not question.

I had oats and yogurt - egg veg and a wrap. I think I got it close to right.

More after lunch

It would be fun to find a widget that can track % body fat and weight for one of the pages -blog or flicker
