Great start for the day - dynamite breakfast, went to church, then for a long bike ride before the rain, and a meeting with friends.
There is a growing trend of my family members eating the food I prep. Not sure weather to embrace and encourage their good choices (This is the high road) or tell them to prep their own @#%$#@ food (not the high road. I think the way to go is to ask them to help me prep next time.
Feeling good today. I am getting ready to update the picture, try and insert the graph, and settle in for for a little hoops.
My clothes felt great and difference today. Also I have lost less weight than I thought I would. But, my clothes fit better and I feel difference...which is better than a number.

That lack of weight loss is muscle coming on. Muscle weighs 15% more than fat!

ReplyDeleteI also need to remind myself that I weighted 191 jan 2nd - So that is 20 pounds in less than 3 months = good progress
