dinner and a collapse
Tonight I had a different dinner, I put a little olive oil in the pan and sauteed squash, spinach, and this really great shredded brocolli - with a little fish and a little steak. It was great.
The workout tonight was tough. I did a little better on the pull ups 5-4-5-4 with negaitves where I could not make it. I can feel the strength to weight ratio tipping in my favor. At the end of the planks I just laid there - whipped but quite satisfied - I went 5 extra seconds and forced myself to smile and thought about our team. A good moment. Almost done for the day.
